What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. It's self check-in — we'll email you a door code ahead of arrival, so you can let yourself in any time after 3pm without needing to meet anyone.

Is parking included?

Yes — free on-site parking right in front of your unit.

Do you allow pets?

No, sorry — pets aren't permitted at Sun Valley Motel.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full payment is taken at the time of booking. Cancel one or more days before arrival and we'll refund 90%; cancellations inside 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable. A NZ$200 security deposit is authorised (not charged) on your card at booking, and released automatically after checkout if there's no damage.

Do you offer rates for contractors or crews working on the Warkworth to Te Hana project?

Yes — we regularly host contractor crews working on nearby infrastructure projects and can offer corporate and long-stay rates. Get in touch and we'll put a quote together.

How close is Sun Valley Motel to the Warkworth–Te Hana motorway works?

Wellsford sits directly on SH1 between Warkworth and Te Hana, so we're close to the project corridor with easy highway access.
